Construction is close to topping out on 14+C, a 24-story residential building rising at 644 East 14th Street in the Alphabet City section of Manhattan’s East Village. Designed by Fischer + Makooi Architects and developed by Madison Realty Capital, the 200,000-square-foot structure will yield 196 rental units in studio to two-bedroom layouts, with an undisclosed portion reserved for affordable housing, as well as ground-floor retail space. The property is located at the corner of East 14th Street and Avenue C.
Financial Incentives Issued For 325-337 South Broadway In Yonkers
The Yonkers Industrial Development Agency has issued preliminary approval of financial incentives for a new multifamily residential building to be constructed on three adjoining lots located at 325, 335, and 337 South Broadway in Yonkers. The project is being developed by Urban Builders Collaborative, a New York City-based company. When complete, it will yield 185 affordable apartments in studio to three-bedroom configurations.
