A new rendering has been released for 609-615 West 46th Street, a forthcoming 14-story SecureSpace self storage facility in Hell’s Kitchen, Manhattan. Designed Mancini Duffy and developed by Insite Real Estate, the 135-foot-tall project will yield 109,658 square feet. The property comprises two interior parcels spanning 9,775 square feet between Eleventh Avenue to the east and the Hudson River Greenway to the west.

1345 Third Avenue’s Façade Nears Completion on Manhattan’s Upper East Side

Façade installation is finishing up on The Victoria and Lloyd Goldman Health Care Pavilion, a 15-story medical facility for Lenox Hill Hospital at 1345 Third Avenue on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by Ennead Architects and developed by Northwell Health and the University Financing Foundation, the 215-foot-tall structure will yield 200,000 square feet of outpatient treatment space for specialized cancer care services, imaging and lab testing, cardiac care, neuroscience programs, a sleep study center, acute and chronic disease management, social work services, and more. The $450 million project is located in Lenox Hill between East 76th and 77th Streets.

LPC To Review Proposal For Renovation Of Harlem River Houses In Harlem, Manhattan

A proposal has been submitted to the NYC LPC for the restoration and enhancement of the Harlem River Houses, a historic public housing complex in Harlem, Manhattan. The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) is working in collaboration with various artists to restore existing sculptures, introduce new public artwork, and install signage throughout the complex that spans from West 151st Street to West 153rd Street between Macombs Place and the Harlem River Drive.
