A new rendering has been released for 609-615 West 46th Street, a forthcoming 14-story SecureSpace self storage facility in Hell’s Kitchen, Manhattan. Designed Mancini Duffy and developed by Insite Real Estate, the 135-foot-tall project will yield 109,658 square feet. The property comprises two interior parcels spanning 9,775 square feet between Eleventh Avenue to the east and the Hudson River Greenway to the west.

62 Main Reaches Completion In Tarrytown, Westchester County

62 Main, a new affordable housing project, has officially reached completion at 62 Main Street in Tarrytown, Westchester County. The property, which was formerly a YMCA, yields 108 units, 88 of which are designated for seniors aged 55 and older. Development cost approximately $54 million and was spearheaded by WBP Development, LLC.

Permits Filed for 448 Park Avenue in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn

Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 448 Park Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Located between Kent and Franklin Avenues, the lot is near the Myrtle-Willoughby Avenues subway station, served by the G train. Shimon Kleinman is listed as the owner behind the applications.

1345 Third Avenue’s Façade Nears Completion on Manhattan’s Upper East Side

Façade installation is finishing up on The Victoria and Lloyd Goldman Health Care Pavilion, a 15-story medical facility for Lenox Hill Hospital at 1345 Third Avenue on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by Ennead Architects and developed by Northwell Health and the University Financing Foundation, the 215-foot-tall structure will yield 200,000 square feet of outpatient treatment space for specialized cancer care services, imaging and lab testing, cardiac care, neuroscience programs, a sleep study center, acute and chronic disease management, social work services, and more. The $450 million project is located in Lenox Hill between East 76th and 77th Streets.

LPC To Review Proposal For Renovation Of Harlem River Houses In Harlem, Manhattan

A proposal has been submitted to the NYC LPC for the restoration and enhancement of the Harlem River Houses, a historic public housing complex in Harlem, Manhattan. The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) is working in collaboration with various artists to restore existing sculptures, introduce new public artwork, and install signage throughout the complex that spans from West 151st Street to West 153rd Street between Macombs Place and the Harlem River Drive.

Designed by CetraRuddy and developed by GFP Real Estate, Metro Loft Management, and Rockwood Capital, the structure yields 1,300 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 330 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $31,955 to $173,340.

1730 Bedford Avenue Nears Completion in Crown Heights, Brooklyn

Construction is nearing completion on 1730 Bedford Avenue, a seven-story mixed-use complex in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Designed by Rise Architecture for the 1730 Bedford Realty LLC, the structure will yield 57 rental units with an average scope of 684 square feet, including 18 apartments reserved for affordable housing. The building will also contain a 33,000-square-foot Lidl grocery store, 12,000 square feet of office space, a 13,501-square-foot community facility, parking for 169 vehicles, and a loading berth. The property is bound by Sullivan Place to the north, Empire Boulevard to the south, and Bedford Avenue to the east.

Two-Tower Residential Complex Announced for 290 Coles Street In Jersey City, New Jersey

BXP, in partnership with Albanese Organization and CrossHarbor Capital, has announced plans for a new residential development at 290 Coles Street in Jersey City, New Jersey. The $400 million project will yield 670 units, and will feature an eight-story podium with two towers at 14 and 22 stories. The complex is being built on a currently vacant 1.75-acre site between 16th and 17th Streets.
