Construction is wrapping up on The Duchess, a 22-story residential building at 300 East 83rd Street in the Yorkville section of Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by Lalezarian Properties, the 235-foot-tall structure spans 93,682 square feet and yields 70 rental units, as well as ground-floor retail space. A portion of the residential inventory will be designated for affordable housing. The property is alternately addressed as 1594-1598 Second Avenue and located at the corner of East 83rd Street and Second Avenue.

First Phase Of Marq Teaneck Completes Construction In Teaneck, New Jersey

Malas Development has completed the first phase of construction for The Marq Teaneck, a rental community located at 329 Alfred Avenue in Teaneck, New Jersey. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held to commemorate the launch, with Teaneck mayor Mark Schwartz and other community leaders in attendance. Designed by CPA Architecture, the six-story building yields 256 residences, including 38 affordable housing units. Its second phase is set to begin construction in early May, and will add 248 additional units at 359 Alfred Avenue.

Designed by ARC Architecture + Design Studio and developed by Minrav Development, the 124-foot-tall structure will span 63,720 square feet and yield 40 condominium units with an average scope of 1,200 square feet. The building will also contain 6,970 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
