A new rendering has been revealed for 366 Bond Street, a proposed eight-story affordable housing complex for senior citizens in Gowanus, Brooklyn. Designed by Shakespeare Gordon Studio, the structure is planned to yield 121 low-income homes along with a 25,586-square-foot community facility on the ground floor. The roughly 42,000-square-foot property is bound by Carroll Street to the north, 1st Street to the south, and Bond Street to the east.

Apparel holding company KnitWell Group has signed a 20-year lease extension for 246,000 square feet at 7 Times Square, a 47-story office skyscraper in Times Square, Manhattan. The lease will expand the company’s existing 191,000-square-foot presence in the building by two additional full floors. Designed by SOM and developed by Boston Properties, the 724-foot-tall structure spans 1.25 million square feet and is located at West 42nd Street between Broadway and Seventh Avenue.

A new rendering has been revealed for 100 Gold Street, a proposed residential skyscraper in the Financial District of Lower Manhattan. Designed by FXCollaborative, the structure is planned to yield 2,000 apartments and will replace a nine-story office building from the 1960s that houses several city agency headquarters. The rendering was revealed in Mayor Eric Adams’ State of the City address last Thursday, as part of his “Manhattan Plan” initiative to bring 100,000 new housing units to the borough over the next ten years. The site is bound by Frankfort Street to the north, Spruce Street to the south and east, and Gold Street to the west.

A new rendering has been revealed for the redesign of 26 North Street, a forthcoming 14-story residential building in Bayonne, New Jersey. Designed by MHS Architecture and developed by The L Group and Cali Futures, LLC, the 174-foot-tall structure will span 569,115 square feet and yield 500 rental units in studio to two-bedroom layouts with an average scope of 749 square feet, as well as 6,929 square feet of ground-floor retail space, 16,369 square feet of indoor-outdoor amenities, and enclosed parking for 455 vehicles and 266 bicycles. The nearly 2-acre property is bound by North Street to the north, Route 440 to the south, and a one-story commercial building to the east.
