New York Kids Club Signs Lease for Flagship Location At 655 Union Street In Gowanus, Brooklyn

NY Kids Club has signed a lease for 3,700 square feet of retail space at 655 Union Street, a mixed-use building in Gowanus, Brooklyn. Designed by L+Z Architecture and developed by Avery Hall and Gindi Capital, the 13-story building yields 193 units and 14,800 square feet of retail space, the latter of which is now more than 50 percent leased. NY Kids Club’s new flagship location will open in September 2025.

The affordable housing lottery has launched for 20 and 30 Halletts Point, a pair of residential towers at 2602 1st Street in Astoria, Queens. Designed by Handel Architects and developed by the Durst Organization, the structures yield 647 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 31 units for residents at 120 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $72,000 to $167,570.

ULURP Process Underway For Foster + Partners’ 350 Park Avenue Supertall in Midtown East, Manhattan

The Uniform Land Use Review Procedure (ULURP) officially kicked off yesterday for 350 Park Avenue, a nearly 1,600-foot-high supertall skyscraper in Midtown East, Manhattan. Designed by Foster + Partners and developed by Vornado Realty Trust, Rudin, and Ken Griffin, the 62-story structure will yield 1.8 million square feet of Class A office space with a capacity of 6,000 employees. Griffin’s companies, Citadel and Citadel Securities, will serve as the two main anchor tenants, occupying at least 850,000 square feet. The 53,000-square foot property is located between East 51st and 52nd Streets.

402 Union Avenue Tops Out in Williamsburg, Brooklyn

Designed by Kao Hwa Architects P.C. for 402 Union Associates LLC, the structure will span 10,100 square feet and yield six condominium units. The project is located on a 0.3-acre parcel at the corner of Union Avenue and Ainslie Street.
