Located between Greenwich Street and Broadway, the narrow lot is a half block west of the Chambers Street subway station, serviced by the 1, 2, and 3 trains. Paul Taylor under the Warren Street Hotel LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Following approvals from New York City’s Department of Buildings, Epos Development will soon begin demolition at 347 Lexington Avenue in Murray Hill, Manhattan, to clear the way for the construction of a 20-story hotel. The new building will include 65 short-stay guest rooms, a communal lounge, and a multipurpose room on the ground level.
Permits have been filed for a six-story hotel at 3294 Atlantic Avenue in East New York, Brooklyn. Located on the corner of Atlantic Avenue and Logan Street, the lot is one city block south of the Norwood Avenue subway station, serviced by the J and Z trains. Michael Gendin of Titan Equity Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The brick façade is rising at 292 Fifth Avenue, a new Midtown mixed-use hotel designed by Gene Kaufman Architect. Located along the border of Koreatown and NoMad, the reinforced concrete structure topped out earlier this year. Sam Chang is the developer of the project.
The firm Gene Kaufman Architect is responsible for the design of 305 West 48th Street, a new 211-room hotel in Midtown’s Hell’s Kitchen. Located between Eighth and Ninth Avenue, the 27-story skyscraper rises along the fringe of tall skyscrapers between Times Square and the Hudson River, topping out at 303 feet. Glass is being installed on the southern elevation and the reinforced concrete walls will soon be covered in vibrant hues of red and yellow bricks.
