Construction is complete on The Guild, a 23-story residential building at 310 Livingston Street in Downtown Brooklyn. Designed by Fogarty Finger Architecture and developed by Lonicera Partners, the structure yields 160 rent-stabilized apartments in one- and two-bedroom layouts and ground-floor retail space facing Livingston Street. Noble Construction Group served as the general contractor for the project, which is located between Nevins and Bond Streets, walking distance of the Nevins Street subway station, servicing the 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains.

Work is progressing below grade at 100 Flatbush Avenue, the site of a 44-story residential building in The Alloy Block multi-tower complex in Downtown Brooklyn. Designed and developed by Alloy Development, the 482-foot-tall structure will be joined by a separate 840-foot-tall skyscraper. Urban Atelier Group is the contractor for the project, which is located on a trapezoidal plot bound by Flatbush Avenue to the northeast, State Street to the southwest, and Third Avenue to the northwest.

Below-grade work is continuing to progress at 625 Fulton Street, the site of a planned 35-story tower in Downtown Brooklyn. Designed by Fischer Rasmussen Whitefield Architects and developed by Rabsky Group, which closed on $450 million in construction financing from Madison Realty Capital, the building will yield 1,098 units, 26,000 square feet of retail space, and a parking garage for up to 250 vehicles. The project has gone through numerous design iterations since its conception, including work by Skidmore Owings & Merrill, and is located on a plot bound by Fulton Street to the south, Hudson Avenue to the west, Rockwell Place to the east, and the 34-story 80 DeKalb Avenue to the north.

Demolition is complete at 219 Jay Street, the site of a 13-story residential building in Downtown Brooklyn. Alternately addressed as 9 Chapel Street, the 130-foot-tall structure is designed by Kane Architecture and Urban Design and developed by Tankhouse Development, and will yield 27 units spread across 54,118 square feet, for an average of 1,340 square feet apiece. KSK Construction Group is the general contractor and 219 JSP LLC is the owner of the property, which is set to rise on a plot bound by Chapel Street to the south, Concord Street to the north, and Jay Street to the west.
