Construction is finishing up on 597 Grand Street, a nine-story residential building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by NY Building Associates and developed by Yirtzchok Katz of Developing NY State, the 126,478-square-foot structure yields 185 rental units in studio to two-bedroom layouts with an average scope of 679 square feet, as well as a 35-foot-long rear yard and enclosed parking for 88 vehicles and 93 bicycles. The residential program will include 56 units designated for affordable housing. The property is located at the corner of Grand and Lorimer Streets.

One Williamsburg Wharf, a 22-story residential tower located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, recently introduced New York City’s first-ever private outdoor ice skating rink. Developed by the Naftali Group and designed by Brand Haw Architecture, the 22-story building yields 89 residences, and opened its doors in 2024.
