Proposals Reveal a New Condominium Building at 276 Bedford Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn

A local developer has filed zoning amendments to construct a new low-rise condominium building in the center of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The existing lot at 276 Bedford Avenue is currently vacant and measures approximately 2,700 square feet. The proposed building would top out at three stories or about 50 feet above ground and would include 4,095 square feet of ground-floor retail and two levels of residential area above. The residential component would occupy 4,424 square feet and include two separate units and private roof space above a portion of the first floor.

Two Trees Reveals BIG and Field Operations-Designed Towers and Beach Proposal for Williamsburg, Brooklyn

Developer Two Trees has revealed plans for a mixed-used development with a beach on the Williamsburg waterfront in Brooklyn. Designed by Bjarke Ingels Group and landscape architecture firm James Corner Field Operations, the River Street Waterfront Master Plan proposal calls for two mixed-use towers and the redeveloping of land adjacent to the six-acre Domino Park, also a Two Trees project.
