Located between Cropsey Avenue and Bath Avenue, the development is situated two avenues from the Bay Parkway subway station on 86th Street, serviced by the D train. The site is also close to the Bensonhurst Park and Belt Parkway. Billy Xiao of B & J Bay Property Inc. is listed as the owner behind the applications.

Foundation Work Making Headway For Moinian’s 3 Hudson Boulevard, in Hudson Yards

Situated immediately to the north of Hudson Yards’ first phase, 3 Hudson Boulevard sits at the corner of West 34th Street and Eleventh Avenue. Seen through the crowded perimeter of trailers, trucks, and mechanical equipment, one can get a small glimpse at the amount of progress the site has made since excavation officially began about one year ago. The tower is currently the 14th-tallest skyscraper under construction in New York City, and will rise 53 floors and 940 feet to its rooftop when complete. FXCollaborative is the designer, while the Moinian Group is the developer of the two million square foot project.

Google’s Billion-Dollar New York Campus Expansion Lands in Hudson Square, Manhattan

In a surprise announcement, Google has confirmed an initiative to expand its existing footprint in New York City. That expansion translates to a $1 Billion investment in Manhattan’s Hudson Square neighborhood. Officially known as Google Hudson Square, the 1.7 million square foot campus will occupy both 345 and 315 Hudson Street, as well as St. John’s Terminal located at 550 Washington Street.
