Silverstein Properties has announced two new leases at 1177 Avenue of the Americas, a Class A office tower in Midtown, Manhattan. The new leases will occupy 47,929 square feet in the building, which is home to tenants including The Weather Channel and Practicing Law Institute.
Foundations are progressing at 255 East 77th Street, the site of a 36-story residential skyscraper in the Lenox Hill section of Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by Robert A. M. Stern Architects with Hill West Architects as the architect of record and developed by Naftali Group, the 500-foot-tall structure will span 170,481 square feet and yield 62 condominium units, as well as 3,861 square feet of retail space, two cellar levels, and 33 enclosed parking spaces. The property is alternately addressed as 1481 Second Avenue and located at the corner of Second Avenue and East 77th Street.
Construction is wrapping up on 65 4th Avenue, a ten-story residential building in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Designed by MHM Engineering PC and developed by Yisroel Greenfeld, the 100-foot-tall structure will span 25,458 square feet and yield 30 rental units with an average scope of 655 square feet, as well as 781 square feet of commercial space, a cellar level, and a 29-foot-long rear yard. The property is located on a narrow interior lot between Bergen Street and St. Mark’s Place.
New renderings have been revealed for 43-05 Crescent Street, a new mixed-use development in Long Island City, Queens. The project has been designed by INOA Architecture. Weitao Shi of Central Realty LIC is the owner listed on permit filings.

Designed by Issac & Stern Architects and developed by Amir Zicherman of Oren & Ivy LLC, the structure yields 15 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are nine units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $111,532 to $218,010.
