New renderings of Pier 97 have been released by Hudson River Park Trust. Located opposite West 57th Street on the northern end of Hudson River Park, the pier will undergo construction starting next fall. Architecture firm !melk is responsible for the design of the approximately 680-by-120-foot pier and the adjacent upland area fronting the Route 9A bikeway, alongside the western border of Hell’s Kitchen.
Permits have been filed for a nine-story mixed-use building at 58 Vanderbilt Avenue near the Brooklyn Navy Yard, Brooklyn. Also addressed as 205 Park Avenue, the site is located between Flushing Avenue and Park Avenue and is five blocks from the Clinton-Washington Avenues subway station, serviced by the G train. Brooklyn developer Bruchy Lefkowitz under the 462 Lexington Ave LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

Located between Wallabout Street and Walton Street, the lot is closest to the Flushing Avenue subway station, serviced by the G train. Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 269 Wallabout Street in South Williamsburg‘s Broadway Triangle, Brooklyn. Located between Union Avenue and Harrison Avenue, the lot is two blocks from the Lorimer Street subway station, serviced by the M and J trains. Rabsky Group is listed as the owner behind the applications, they are also responsible for the neighboring 1,146-unit residential development at 200 Harrison Avenue.
The first renderings have been released of a new co-living residential and hotel development, which will consist of two ten-story buildings and one four-to-six story building at 1215 Fulton Street in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn. Time Square Development Group and Time Square Construction Inc. have partnered on the development and construction of the 219,185-square-foot property, which is located between Bedford Avenue and Arlington Place. Time Square Development Group and London-based The Collective purchased the lot, as well as the adjacent 10 and 16 Halsey Street lots, earlier this year.
