COOKFOX Architects has released a rendering for 561 Greenwich Street in Hudson Square. Trinity Church Wall Street filed permits for the 260,000-square-foot building, which will feature retail at the ground floor and office space above. Hines is serving as development manager for the 19-story project.

Yesterday TF Cornerstone revealed new renderings for 615 and 595 Dean Street, images depicting how 800 residential units, 72,600 square feet of public open space, and ground-floor retail will come together as part of the Pacific Park complex in Prospect Heights. Designed by Handel Architects, 615 and 595 Dean Street will also include 455 underground parking spaces and a Chelsea Piers Field House, the first in Brooklyn.
New renderings of Pier 97 have been released by Hudson River Park Trust. Located opposite West 57th Street on the northern end of Hudson River Park, the pier will undergo construction starting next fall. Architecture firm !melk is responsible for the design of the approximately 680-by-120-foot pier and the adjacent upland area fronting the Route 9A bikeway, alongside the western border of Hell’s Kitchen.

Also addressed as 205 Park Avenue, the site is located between Flushing Avenue and Park Avenue and is five blocks from the Clinton-Washington Avenues subway station, serviced by the G train. Brooklyn developer Bruchy Lefkowitz under the 462 Lexington Ave LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
