The affordable housing lottery has launched for Sendero Verde Phase I, a 15-story building at 60 East 112th Street and a ten-story building at 75 East 111th Street in East Harlem, Manhattan. Designed by Handel Architects and developed by L+M Development Partners, Jonathan Rose Companies, and Acacia Network, the Sendero Verde complex will yield nearly 700 residences when all phases are complete, along with numerous outdoor green spaces and community facility space for social services. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 324 units for residents at 30 to 110 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $15,806 to $162,800.

Designed by COOKFOX Architects and developed by Two Trees Management, the structure yields over 300 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 89 units for residents at 80 to 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $55,646 to $167,570.

Rendering Unveiled for Cooper Park Commons at 89 Maspeth Avenue in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn

A rendering has been unveiled for 89 Maspeth Avenue, a 100-percent affordable development in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn with 311 residences. The design architect is Architecture Outfit and the architect of record is Magnusson Architecture and Architecture, with 89 Maspeth Avenue being developed in a joint venture between Hudson Companies and local non-profit St. Nicks Alliance. The 18-story, 457,444-square-foot tower will be located between Olive Street and Bushwick Avenue and within walking distance of the Graham Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train.

Rendering Revealed for One Archer at 92-27 160th Street in Jamaica, Queens

A rendering has been revealed in time for the marketing launch of One Archer, a 23-story mixed-use residential tower in Downtown Jamaica, Queens. Located at 92-27 160th Street, the ground-up development will house 315 rental units with 95 residences designated as affordable housing. Developed by Archer 1 LLC and designed by Hill West Architects, with Corcoran New Development as the exclusive marketing and leasing agent, the structure will rise over over the intersection of Archer Avenue and 160th Street.
