Designed by Fischer + Makooi Architect with YossiG and developed by Mordechai Hirsch, the structure yields 29 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are nine units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $93,909 to $198,250. Located at 163 Roebling Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, work on the 4,800-square-foot property consisted of a gut renovation and a vertical residential addition.
