The affordable housing lottery has launched for 5203 Center Boulevard, a 56-story mixed-use residential building in Long Island City, Queens. Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by TF Cornerstone, the waterfront structure yields 855,541 square feet. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 534 units for residents at 40 to 165 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $20,606 to $212,685.

Joint developers William Macklowe Company and Senlac Ridge Partners recently released new details for the planned mixed-use development at 120 5th Avenue in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Currently the site holds a Key Food supermarket that is set to close its doors by August 12.

The affordable housing lottery has launched for Coney Island Phase I, a residential building addressed as both 2926 West 19th Street and 2943 West 20th Street in Coney Island, Brooklyn. Developed by BFC Partners, L+M Development Partners, and Taconic Investment Partners, the 521,000-square-foot structure consists of two 16-story towers above a seven-story podium. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 400 units for residents at 30 to 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $14,778 to $192,400.

A new mixed-income development from TF Cornerstone in Long Island City, Queens launched its housing lottery on NYC Housing Connect. Designed by ODA Architects, 5203 Center Boulevard will have 800 rental apartments with 534 units designated as permanently affordable. Affordable housing is for residents at 40 to 165 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $20,606 to $212,685. SLCE is the architect of record and Mathews Nielsen Landscape Architects designed the adjacent 22,000-square-foot park.
