Located between Tenth and Dyer Avenues, the interior lot is one block from the 34th Street-Hudson Yards subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Chun-Hsiung Huang under the Yards Realty LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
An international cultural partnership between France’s Centre Pompidou and New Jersey will bring about the Centre Pompidou × Jersey City project, a museum at the historic Pathside Building in Jersey City‘s Journal Square. Design of the 58,000 square-foot structure at 25 Sip Avenue will be led by Jason Long of OMA.
MAG Partners is teaming up with affordable housing cooperative Penn South to redevelop 335 Eighth Avenue in Chelsea, Manhattan. The new seven-story mixed-use building will include ground-floor commercial space and 200 residential units with affordable housing for low- and middle-income residents. COOKFOX is designing the 200,000-square-foot structure.
Full demolition permits have been filed for 1305-1307 Third Avenue and 202 East 75th Street on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Located at the southeast corner of Third Avenue and East 75th Street, the 8,178-square-foot site has 101 feet of street frontage.
Avery Hall Investments has unveiled plans for a mixed-use project addressed as 272 4th Avenue on the border of Gowanus and Park Slope in Brooklyn. The Brooklyn-based developer is also responsible for the design of the 130,000-square-foot development at the corner of 4th Avenue and Carroll Street, and recently increased the site assemblage with a $5.3 million purchase of 274 4th Avenue and 538 Carroll Street.
