Available on NYC Housing Connect are 13 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $63,429 to $167,570.

Full demolition permits have been filed for 35 West 57th Street in Midtown, Manhattan. Located between Fifth and Sixth Avenues along Billionaires’ Row, the 2,510-square-foot site is occupied by a five-story mixed-use building. Built in 1891, the mansion with Beaux Arts details was a wedding gift to the granddaughter of William Vanderbilt. The 65-foot-tall structure is currently owned by Solow Realty and Development.
Demo permits have been filed for 14 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village, the site of a planned 19-story residential tower designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects and Hill West. Located between East 8th Street and East 9th Street with 52 feet of frontage along Fifth Avenue, the property is currently occupied by a four-story residential building with 20 units. Madison Realty Capital is listed as the owner behind the application, after purchasing the 5,255-square-foot site for $27.5 million in 2015.

Developer Fareri Associates has updated its plans for a four-story residential building in Greenwich, Connecticut. Located at 581 West Putnam Avenue, the 44-unit development will sit across from the Citarella grocery store on the west side of town. Changes to the proposal after discussions with the town Architectural Review Committee include a reduced floor area and a brick façade in a softer, warmer tone.
