The affordable housing lottery is open for 2317 Cambreleng Avenue, an eight-story mixed-use development in the Bronx’s Belmont neighborhood. Developed by Stagg Group and designed by WMW Architects, the 50-unit building will yield 53,775 square feet with half of the units designated as affordable housing. Available on NYC Housing Connect are a mix of studios, one-, and two-bedroom units for residents at 120 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $56,572 to $147,360.
Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 751 Rosedale Avenue in Soundview, The Bronx. Located between Seward Avenue and Lafayette Avenue, the interior lot is closest to the St. Lawrence Avenue subway station, serviced by the 6 train. Genc Lakaj under the 1467 Rosedale LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 4560 Broadway in Fort George, Manhattan. Located at the intersection of Nagle Avenue and Broadway, the corner lot is closest to the 190th Street subway station, serviced by the A train. The housing lottery closes in four days for The Cove, an 18-story residential development at 43-12 Hunter Street in Long Island City, Queens. Developed by Rockrose Development and designed by SLCE Architects with interiors by Slade Architecture, the building has 37 apartments available on NYC Housing Connect at 130 percent of the area median income, ranging from $68,229 to $159,640.
