Kingsley House, an affordable senior housing in Westchester County will soon get a major rehabilitation to the tune of $35.8 million. New York State Homes and Community Renewal, MDG Design + Construction LLC, Smith & Henzy Advisory Group, Inc. are partnering up to renovate and preserve the affordability of 164 units in the Mitchell-Lama housing development at 41 Barker Avenue in White Plains.

The affordable housing lottery has launched for 293 and 301 Hooper Street, two six-story residential buildings in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The buildings were built in the 1910s and have 35 residential units each.
