New York State Homes and Community Renewal, MDG Design + Construction LLC, Smith & Henzy Advisory Group, Inc. are partnering up to renovate and preserve the affordability of 164 units in the Mitchell-Lama housing development at 41 Barker Avenue in White Plains.
