Brooklyn-based developer Hello Living is expanding into The Bronx. The announcement of their purchase of 1049 Washington Avenue in the South Bronx yesterday—their second development and acquisition outside of Brooklyn—also brought forth the first renderings plans to realize the site as condominiums.
Permits have been filed for a 19-story mixed-use building at 2505 Broadway on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Located between West 93rd and West 94th Streets, the site is two blocks south of the 96th Street subway station serviced by the 1, 2, and 3 trains. The neighborhood is also serviced by the B and C at the 96th Street subway station on Central Park West. Tomer Yogev of Adam America Real Estate is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Demolition permits have been filed for three adjacent four-story buildings at 120-124 Lexington Avenue, in Kips Bay, Manhattan. The site between 28th and 29 streets is located one block east of the 28th Street subway station, serviced by the 6 line. Daniel Dabakaroff of Skyland Management is listed as responsible for the development.
Permits have been filed for a four-story affordable housing development at 811 Lexington Avenue, in Stuyvesant Heights, Brooklyn. The site is three blocks from the Kosciuszko Street station serviced by the J train, and four blocks from the Gates Avenue station serviced by the J and Z trains. The Northeastern Conference of Seventh-day Adventists will be responsible for the project.
Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 303 Powell Street, in Brownsville, Brooklyn. The site is two blocks west of the L Train’s Sutter Avenue subway station, and two blocks north of the Junius Street station on the 3 line. Mosche Ostricher will be responsible for the development.
