Originally zoned R7A, the property has since been up zoned to R8A with a 7.2 floor area ratio. Lynest Associates LLC is listed as the owner with Nexjen Real Estate as the representative in the ULURP process.

Designed by Chang Hwa Tan Architect, the structure yields 16,381 square feet and 15 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are five units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $$61,715 to $167,570.

Georgopoulos Architect, the structure yields 4,982 square feet. Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $76,972 to $139,620.
Permits have been filed for a three-story school building at 348 Deisius Street in Prince’s Bay, Staten Island. Located at the intersection of Deisius Street and Kingdom Avenue, the corner lot is within walking distance of the Staten Island Rail Huguenot station. Dean Johanson of the New York City School Construction Authority is listed as the owner behind the applications.
