Putnam County-based Nush Rudaj has filed applications for a six-story, 14-unit residential building at 3323 Sedgwick Avenue, in Kingsbridge Heights, five blocks from the 1 train’s stop at 231st Street. The building will measure 9,915 square feet in total, which means units will average 708 square feet, indicative of rentals. Long Island-based Shahriar Afshari is the architect of record. The existing single-story brick home was filed for demolition this past June.

Queens-based Gerald Caliendo is the architect of record, and site’s former three-story building was demolished in 2001 by the HPD.
