Designed by Aufgang Architects and developed by Vertical Community Development, the 173,000-square-foot project consists of nine- and ten-story towers and yields 163 permanently affordable housing units, including some designated as affordable independent residences for seniors (AIRS). The development also includes two ground-floor commercial spaces and underground parking. The property is comprised of a six-lot assemblage between Morris and Courtlandt Avenues with frontage on both East 148th and 149th Streets.
