Lionheart Strategic Management LLC, an affiliate of Fisher Brothers, has provided a $27.6 million loan for the construction of 644 East 14th Street, a 24-story residential building in the Alphabet City section of the East Village of Manhattan. The loan comes in addition to a $102 million senior loan that was provided by Apollo Global Management.
The New York City Housing Development Corporation, The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development, and Douglaston Development have announced the closing of construction financing for 2868 Webster Avenue, a 12-story, 277-unit affordable housing building in Bedford Park, The Bronx. The 250,000-square-foot project is the second phase of a two-phase affordable development following 2850 Webster Avenue, a 188-unit senior housing structure that opened in fall 2023.
Sales have officially launched at 720 West End Avenue, a new residential property located on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. The development, led by Glacier Equities and InterVest Capital Partners, transforms a 1927 Emery Roth-designed pre-war building into 131 contemporary residences. Units in the property are priced from approximately $1 million to over $12 million.
