New Jersey-based real estate investment firm BDP Holdings, in partnership with JLL, has unveiled plans for The Iris, a forthcoming commercial building at 641 Bloomfield Avenue in Montclair, New Jersey. Designed by Gensler, the 130,000-square-foot structure will yield 125,000 square feet of office space on the top three floors, along with 8,051 square feet of ground-floor retail space and 277 parking spaces.

National real estate investment firm The Feil Organization has announced that tequila manufacturer Casa Komos Brand Group has signed a ten-year lease agreement at 853 Broadway, a 21-story office tower in Union Square, Manhattan. The company will occupy 10,268 square feet across the entire second floor and a portion of the ninth floor of the structure, which is located at the corner of Broadway and 14th Street, directly across from Union Square Park.

New renderings have been revealed for 1515 Surf Avenue, a two-tower residential project under construction on the Coney Island waterfront in Brooklyn. Designed by Studio V Architecture and developed by LCOR, the 16- and 26-story structures will span 470,000 square feet and yield 324 units in one- and two-bedroom layouts, with 139 apartments designated for affordable housing, as well as 10,600 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The property is located on a 1.5-acre plot bound by Surf Avenue to the south, West 15th Street to the east, and West 16th Street to the west.
