Construction is complete on Claremont Hall, a 41-story mixed-use tower at 100 Claremont Avenue in Morningside Heights, Manhattan. The project was developed in partnership between Lendlease, LMXD, and Daiwa House Texas, Inc. and was designed by Robert AM Stern Architects in the Gothic Revival style to reflect the seminary campus and surrounding neighborhood, incorporating Gothic stonework at its base.

City Planning Commission Approves Bronx Metro-North Station Area Plan

The New York City Planning Commission recently voted in favor of the Bronx Metro-North Station Area Plan, which aims to bring nearly 7,500 new homes, including 1,900 permanently income-restricted units, and 10,000 jobs to areas around four new Metro-North stations coming to the East Bronx neighborhoods of Parkchester/Van Nest, Morris Park, Hunts Point, and Co-op City. The new Metro-North stations, expected to open in 2027, are planned to connect East Bronx residents to opportunities across the borough and region while reducing car usage.

The Maybury Nears Completion At 550 Tenth Avenue In Hudson Yards, Manhattan

Construction is nearing the finish line on The Maybury, a 46-story residential skyscraper at 550 Tenth Avenue in Hudson Yards, Manhattan. Designed by Handel Architects and developed by The Gotham Organization, the 520-foot-tall structure will yield 453 rental units, with 137 reserved for affordable housing, as well as 9,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and 26,764 square feet of office space for Coveant House’s new international administrative headquarters in the podium. Brown Harris Stevens Development is managing sales and marketing for the homes. The property is located along Tenth Avenue between West 40th and 41st Streets.
