Feasibility Study Underway for Flatbush Tower at 399-401 Flatbush Avenue in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn

A feasibility study has been commissioned for Flatbush Tower, a 12-story residential building which would potentially be located at 399-401 Flatbush Avenue near Grand Army Plaza in Prospect Heights. OPerA Studio was tasked to evaluate the potential for developing the site, which presently houses a small commercial building and a four-story residential structure.

Public Art Installation Debuts at 326 Rockaway Avenue in Brownsville, Brooklyn

ArtBridge, Slate Property Group, and RiseBoro Community Partnership have introduced “Brownsville Reflections: Past, Present, Future,” a 600-foot-long public art installation at 326 Rockaway Avenue in Brownsville, Brooklyn. Part of the City Canvas pilot program, the exhibition showcases the talents of local artists Jocelyn Goode, Laurent Chevalier, and Sophia Victor on the construction barriers of an upcoming affordable housing project.
