Global Holdings, an international real estate development firm, recently introduced a 13,000-square-foot amenities package within Anagram Columbus Circle, a residential tower at 1 West 60th Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. The amenities, spread across four floors of the 26-story tower, reach their pinnacle at “The Top,” a penthouse lounge and terrace offering a catering kitchen and views of Central Park and Columbus Circle.

Developer Receives Incentives For Affordable Senior Housing Development In Yonkers

MSY Group has received preliminary approval for financial incentives to support a $39.1 million affordable senior housing development project in Yonkers. The development will transform 0.47 acres of vacant land at 221-223 Buena Vista Avenue into a nine-story multi-family residential building designed specifically for seniors.

Hanson Place Community Plaza Completes Construction at 142 South Portland Avenue in Fort Greene, Brooklyn

Construction is complete on Hanson Place Community Plaza, a 13-story affordable housing complex at 142 South Portland Avenue in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. Designed by OCV Architects and developed by Hanson Place Church Support Corporation and MDG Design & Construction, the $65.7 million project yields 104 affordable apartments for low- to moderate-income households as well as 22,000 square feet of community space, 8,000 square feet for health programming, and 900 square feet for the Hanson Place Church Support Corporation ministries. The property is bound by Hanson Place to the north and South Elliott place to the south.

Titan Real Estate Development Receives Preliminary Approval For $117.7 Million Project In Yonkers

Titan Real Estate Development recently received preliminary approval for financial incentives from the Yonkers IDA to support the construction of a $117.7 million residential development in Yonkers. The project, called Park Square, will be located on a vacant 3.88-acre site bounded by St. Joseph Place, Cavalli Circle, and Vineyard Avenue.

Yonkers IDA Approves Incentives For 18 North Broadway In Yonkers

The Yonkers Industrial Development Agency has granted preliminary approval for financial incentives supporting three new mixed-use developments, representing a total private investment of approximately $463.5 million. Among these projects is AMS Acquisitions‘ $306.7 million development at 18 North Broadway in Yonkers. The project will consist of two 25-story residential towers.

New York City Launches ‘Green Fast Track’ To Expedite Housing Development

On Monday Mayor Eric Adams and New York City Department of City Planning director and City Planning Commission chair Dan Garodnick announced the launch of “Green Fast Track,” an environmental review process aimed at accelerating the approval process for small- and medium-sized housing projects. The initiative is part of the administration’s “Get Stuff Built” plan, which seeks to cut red tape and streamline processes to increase housing availability.

New York City Landmark Preservation Commission Launches Climate Resiliency Initiative

The New York City Landmark Preservation Commission has announced the launch of the organization’s new Climate Resiliency Initiative, a sustainability effort aimed at protecting the city’s waterfront historic properties from climate-related weather events. The initiative, funded by a $500,000 multi-year hazard mitigation grant from the Federal Emergency Management Agency through the NYC Emergency Management Department, will focus on identifying and investing in vulnerable historic properties in the city’s flood zones.

Marlboro Agricultural Education Center Breaks Ground In Gravesend, Brooklyn

New York City Mayor Eric Adams and senior administration officials recently celebrated the groundbreaking for the Marlboro Agricultural Education Center at 2800 86th Street in Gravesend, Brooklyn. The 9,900-square-foot center was designed by Studio Gang Architects and is being built by Consigli Construction Company, Inc. It is expected to cost approximately $18.2 million to build and will be completed in 2025.

New Lease Signed At 555 Greenwich Street And 345 Hudson Street In Hudson Square, Manhattan

Global real estate investment manager Hines is nearly doubling its New York City office space with a 12-year lease at 555 Greenwich Street and 345 Hudson Street in Hudson Square, Manhattan. Hines will expand its footprint from 17,000 square feet on the 12th floor of 345 Hudson to an additional 15,000 square feet in the adjacent 555 Greenwich Street.

300 East 50th Street Tops Out In Midtown, Manhattan

300 East 50th Street has topped out in Midtown, Manhattan. The $200 million project was developed in partnership between MAG Partners, Global Holdings, and Safanad, and was designed by BKSK Architects. The 170,000-square-foot building was built on the assemblage of multiple sites which were originated by Krown Capital and KRW Realty.
