This historic tax credit project will see an extensive renovation and reinvention for five interconnected Standard Gage manufacturing buildings, which have been vacant since the company’s departure from the area in 2002.

The new location, brokered by Igloo, is set to open in early 2025 alongside the project’s completion. Jasper is a joint venture between The Domain Companies, LMXD, the VOREA Group, and Bridge Investment Group, and was designed by S9 Architecture.
