Permits have been filed for a new mixed-use building located at 172-02 Hillside Avenue in Jamaica, Queens. If approved, the property will stand nine stories and 85 feet tall. David Goldberger is listed as the owner on application paperwork, and Boaz M. Golani Architect is listed as the architect of record.
KS Group and Giga Holdings recently submitted project plans for 315 Mulberry Street in Newark, New Jersey. The plans were submitted to the city’s planning board for review. If approved, the project will become the city’s tallest residential development and span two towers. The plans were designed by INOA Architecture.
This week RXR celebrated the topping out of 89 Dekalb Avenue, a mixed-use development in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. The all-electric tower will deliver 324 multifamily units, with 98 designated for middle-income housing, along with 55,000 square feet of academic and office space for Long Island University.
Hercules Mulligan, a cocktail and spirits brand, is set to open its first taproom at 220 Front Street in Manhattan’s Financial District. The brand, named after the tailor, spy, and unsung hero of the American Revolution, has signed a ten-year lease for an 800-square-foot space with plans to focus on tastings, events, and merchandise sales.
SL Green Realty Corporation has announced the sellout of the Giorgio Armani Residences, a 12-story residential building at 760 Madison Avenue on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. The building features ten units, all of which are now under contract. All sales still underway are expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2024.
