The Durst Organization recently announced that Pueblo Querido Coffee Roasters, a Colombian coffee proprietor and restaurant, has opened its first Queens location on the ground floor of Sven, a residential tower at 29-37 41st Avenue in Long Island City, Queens. Pueblo Querido is joining Finback Brewery and ACA Acupuncture and Wellness, the other ground-floor tenants of the 71-story property.

Classic Car Club Signs 60,000-Square-Foot Lease At 645 11th Avenue In Hell’s Kitchen, Manhattan
Avison Young recently arranged a 20-year deal to relocate the Classic Car Club, a private automotive club in Manhattan, to 645 11th Avenue in Hell’s Kitchen, Manhattan. The new space, which will be the organization’s new flagship clubhouse, will span more than 60,000 square feet across four floors and the roof of the historic former automotive dealership.
1 Wall Street Banking Room Interior Designated a Landmark in Financial District, Manhattan
The New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission has unanimously voted to designate the 1 Wall Street Banking Room Interior, also known as the Red Room, as a landmark in Manhattan’s Financial District. Completed in 1931, this unique and elaborately tiled space served as a reception room and banking hall for the Irving Trust and Bank Company. The Red Room represents the work of architect Ralph Walker and muralist Hildreth Meière.
