ArtBridge, Slate Property Group, and RiseBoro Community Partnership have introduced “Brownsville Reflections: Past, Present, Future,” a 600-foot-long public art installation at 326 Rockaway Avenue in Brownsville, Brooklyn. Part of the City Canvas pilot program, the exhibition showcases the talents of local artists Jocelyn Goode, Laurent Chevalier, and Sophia Victor on the construction barriers of an upcoming affordable housing project.

Developers Celebrate the Opening of Bronx Point at 575 Exterior Street in The South Bronx

On October 19, Bronx Point celebrated its opening in a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by L&M Development Partners, Type A Projects, BronxWorks, and The Hip Hop Museum, alongside elected officials and community leaders. The $349 million mixed-use development is designed by S9Architecture. Located on the Harlem River waterfront in the South Bronx, Bronx Point is set to offer 542 affordable housing units in its first phase.
