‘Constellations’ Art Installation Unveiled at 425 Park Avenue in Midtown, Manhattan

L&L Holding Company, in collaboration with renowned artist Anthony James and SPACE2CURATE, have unveiled “Constellations,” a sculpture installation at 425 Park Avenue in Midtown East, Manhattan. Visible from Park Avenue and 55th Street, the work occupies a 5,000-square-foot glass-enclosed gallery at the southeast corner of the 897-foot-tall commercial skyscraper from Foster + Partners.

Construction Begins on Clarkson Estates Affordable Housing Project at 329 Clarskson Avenue in Flatbush, Brooklyn

On Tuesday, Governor Kathy Hochul announced the commencement of construction on Clarkson Estates, a nine-story affordable housing project at 329 Clarkson Avenue in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Developed by Empire State Development, the structure will yield 328 apartments, including 164 supportive units for the formerly homeless, as well as a 30,000-square-foot community facility and 80 rentable parking spaces. The project is a part of the state’s Vital Brooklyn initiative, which seeks to address social, economic, and health disparities in Brooklyn.

Payoneer to Relocate Headquarters to 195 Broadway in Financial District, Manhattan

Financial technology firm Payoneer has finalized a ten-year lease agreement to move its headquarters to 195 Broadway in Manhattan’s Financial District. The company will occupy a 42,000-square-foot space spanning the entire 27th floor of the historic 29-story Neoclassical building starting in spring of 2024. This relocation marks one of the more significant office relocations from Midtown to Lower Manhattan this year.

Westchester IDA Grants Incentives Approval for Senior Housing Project at 136-140 Croton Avenue In Ossining

The Westchester County Industrial Development Agency has given its final approval for financial incentives to support the construction of a $44.5 million affordable housing project designed exclusively for seniors aged 62 and older. The project, called Crescent Manor Ossining, will occupy a currently vacant site located at 136-140 Croton Avenue in Ossining.
