Designed by Yossi Melamed of Melamed Architect and developed by Lior Darel of Bayonne Equities BII Urban Renewal, the 145-foot-tall structure will yield 128 units, 2,420 square feet of ground-floor retail space, and 135 enclosed parking spaces.
