Journal Square Urby Nears Completion At 575 Pavonia Avenue In Jersey City, New Jersey

Construction is nearing completion on Journal Square Urby, a 25-story residential tower at 575 Pavonia Avenue in Journal Square, Jersey City. Designed by HLW Architects and Concrete and developed by Ironstate Development, Panepinto Properties, and Kimmel, the 265-foot-tall structure will yield 317 units in studio to three-bedroom layouts and access to a public cafe through the lobby. Leasing for the property is set to commence in June.

Milstein Properties Announces Five New Leases Totaling 460,000 Square Feet At 22 Vanderbilt In Midtown, Manhattan

Milstein Properties has announced the signing of five new leases totaling more than 460,000 square feet at 22 Vanderbilt in Midtown, Manhattan. The new leases will boost the occupancy of the recently renovated Class A office tower to 91 percent, leaving approximately 96,000 square feet vacant.

Phase Two Of Marcus Garvey Extension Project Breaks Ground In Brownsville, Brooklyn

Construction has broken ground on phase two of the Marcus Garvey Affordable and Supportive Housing project in Brownsville, Brooklyn. The $204 million project is being executed in collaboration between Services for the UnderServed, the Osborne Association, and L+M Development Partners and will introduce 287 units across three buildings, with 143 units designated for supportive housing.

Kushner has broken ground on Monmouth Square, a mixed-use redevelopment project in Eatontown, New Jersey. Designed in collaboration between Minno + Wasko, retail architects Benoy and the Dietz Partnership, and interior designers Stonehill Taylor, the $500 million project will transform the existing Monmouth Mall into a modern, open-air town center.

TF Cornerstone Announces Commercial Lease for 33 Bond Street in Downtown Brooklyn

TF Cornerstone has announced that Naked Perfection Spa has opened its first location on the ground floor of 33 Bond Street, a 25-story residential tower at 300 Livingston Street in Downtown Brooklyn. Designed by Handel Architects, the structure completed construction in 2017 and yields 714 units and 55,000 square feet of retail space, as well as amenities including a roof deck, coworking spaces, and a pet spa. The property is located between Livingston and Schemerhorn Streets.

The Yonkers IDA has voted preliminary approval for The Abbey on the Park, a new affordable housing development in Yonkers. The Abbey on the Park will consist of two existing historic buildings, the Ethan Flagg House and the Blessed Sacrament Monastery, in addition to one new building. The project, which is being led by the Kearney Realty & Development Group, will be located at 21-23 Park Avenue in Yonkers.

Yonkers IDA Preliminarily Approves Incentives For The Parker at 632-636 South Broadway in Yonkers

The Yonkers IDA has issued preliminary approval for financial incentives for The Parker, a 16-story affordable housing project at 632-636 South Broadway in Yonkers. The $116.2 million project is part of a $174.5 million investment initiative that includes another affordable development, The Abbey on the Park, which will be located at 21-23 Park Avenue. Collectively, both projects are expected to create 410 construction jobs and add 242 new residential units to the local market.
