Sales have officially launched at 720 West End Avenue, a new residential property located on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. The development, led by Glacier Equities and InterVest Capital Partners, transforms a 1927 Emery Roth-designed pre-war building into 131 contemporary residences. Units in the property are priced from approximately $1 million to over $12 million.
Timbale Terrace, an affordable housing development in East Harlem, Manhattan, has received final approval and will now advance to construction financing. The project is a partnership among Mega Group Development, the Lantern Organization, and the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development, and will be built on an underutilized City-owned parking lot on Park Avenue between 118th and 119th Streets.
The Domain Companies has announced that Estela, a two-building rental development at 414 and 445 Gerard Avenue in Mott Haven, The Bronx, is 80 percent leased. Designed by S9 Architecture, the property yields 380 market-rate and 164 affordable rental apartments. Move-ins began in May 2023.
RXR recently celebrated the grand opening of Two Clinton Park, a 28-story residential tower at 28 South Division Street in New Rochelle. Designed by Lessard Design with MdeAS Architects as the architect of record, the building stands adjacent to its 28-story sibling One Clinton Park, which opened in 2022.
