Located at the intersection of 215th Place and Northern Boulevard, the corner lot is closest to the Bayside station, serviced by the LIRR Port Washington line. Woodland Developments under the Dakota United Group LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

Extell Development Company has announced a major joint venture with global investment entity Tennor Holding B.V. to complete 50 West 66th Street, a 775-foot-tall residential skyscraper on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. When finished, the building will wrest the title of tallest building in the neighborhood from 200 Amsterdam Avenue.
Excavation is underway at 200 Montague Street, aka 192 Montague Street, the site of a 20-story residential building in the Borough Hall Skyscraper Historic District of Brooklyn Heights.
