Located on the corner of Fulton Avenue and East 168th Street, the Freeman Street subway station is just over a half mile away, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Work on Hudson Yards’ largest commercial office tower is continuing apace at 50 Hudson Yards. Located across the street to the north of 30 Hudson Yards, the last site under construction as part of Related’s Phase I sits along Tenth Avenue and West 34th Street. It is being designed by architect Lord Norman Foster of Foster + Partners, and is currently the ninth-tallest being built in New York City. Related Companies, Oxford Properties, and Mitsui Fudosan are the developers for this project.
BEL Community Housing Associates has released updated renderings of a new apartment building in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located at 1488 New York Avenue, the seven-story project will primarily function as a residence for senior citizens. A ground-floor community facility will provide services for those living in the apartments up above.

Located between Anthony Avenue and Grand Concourse, the interior site is two blocks north of the Tremont Avenue subway station, serviced by the B and D trains. Kim Tasher of SKF Development LLC is listed as a the owner behind the applications. The development group has also filed permits for 2306 Webster Avenue, 246 Echo Place and 976 Woodycrest Avenue in the borough.
Full demolition permits have been filed for the two buildings at 322-326 Seventh Avenue, in Chelsea, Manhattan. A three-story building at 322 Seventh Avenue and a five-story building at 326 Seventh Avenue will be coming down, containing a total of six residential apartments and 12 commercial units.
