ODA’s 126 East 57th Street Nears Topping Out in Midtown East, Manhattan

Construction is close to topping out at 126 East 57th Street, a 28-story residential tower rising on Billionaires’ Row in Midtown East, Manhattan. Designed by ODA Architecture and developed by MRR Development under the MRR 1326 LLC, the 346-foot-tall structure will yield 147 condominium units with an average scope of 1,156 square feet, as well as 5,000 square feet of lower-level retail space. ODA is also serving as the interior designer and Plaza Builds is the general contractor for the ground-up property, which is located at the corner of East 56th Street and Lexington Avenue, and includes a narrow panhandle extension to East 57th Street.

354-360 West 52nd Street Tops Out Over Hell’s Kitchen, Manhattan

Construction is now topped out at 354-360 West 52nd Street, the site of a seven-story residential building in Hell’s Kitchen, Manhattan. Designed by Architecture Outfit and developed by Cadence Property Group, HOH Capital Partners, and Deal Lake Capital, the 66-foot-tall structure will span 55,000 square feet and yield 32 condominium units in one- to three-bedroom layouts. Titanium Construction Services is the general contractor for the project, which is located between Eighth and Ninth Avenues.

222 East Broadway Relaunches As 222 LES Tower + Lofts on the Lower East Side of Manhattan

Optimum Asset Management, a real estate investment and development firm, has announced the rebranding and relaunch of 222 East Broadway on Manhattan’s Lower East Side. The building, which is nearing completion, is being relaunched as 222 LES Tower + Lofts. The sales and marketing for the development will now be led by Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group.

Extell’s 32 West 48th Street Nears Topping Out in Midtown, Manhattan

Construction is close to topping out at 32 West 48th Street, a 31-story hotel tower in Midtown, Manhattan’s Diamond District. Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by Extell, the 456-foot-tall structure will span 213,158 square feet and yield 534 guest rooms with an average scope of 316 square feet. AECOM Tishman is the general contractor for the project, which is located between Fifth and Sixth Avenues, directly south of Rockefeller Center, with a narrow annex extending south to West 47th Street.
