The affordable housing lottery has launched for 30th and 11th Apartments, a 42-story residential development at 606 West 30th Street in Manhattan’s West Chelsea neighborhood. Designed by Ismael Leyva Architects and developed by Lalezarian Properties, the structure yields 277 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 70 units for residents at 40 to 100 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $29,040 to $144,100.
