Exterior work is nearing completion on 2505 Broadway, a 19-story residential building on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Designed by ODA and developed by Adam America Real Estate, the 75,000-square-foot reinforced concrete structure will yield 44 residential units in one- to four-bedroom layouts, many with private outdoor terraces. Ariel Tirosh and Douglas Elliman Development Marketing are the exclusive sales and marketing agents for project, which is located near the corner of Broadway and West 93rd Street.

H Hotel W39 Continues Ascent at 58 West 39th Street in Midtown, Manhattan

The upcoming H Hotel W39, at 58 West 39th Street is currently rising in Midtown, Manhattan Designed by Peter F. Poon Architects and developed by Wei Hong Hu of H Hotel LLC, the ground-up 28-story, 447-foot-tall project is being built by City Cross Construction Corp., who is the general contractor for the vertically growing reinforced concrete superstructure, which is wedged on a narrow plot of land between Fifth and South Avenues just one street below Bryant Park. YIMBY last reported that 58 West 39th Street would yield a total of 41,500 square feet of commercial space, 65 hotel rooms, meeting rooms, a fitness center, and a hotel lobby.

Developers Close on $600M Financial Package to Complete Renovations for 1,673 NYCHA Apartments in East New York, Brooklyn

A consortium of private developers recently closed on a $600 million loan to complete renovations and infrastructure upgrades across a 1,673-unit NYCHA public housing portfolio. Boulevard Together Developer LLC, a joint venture with The Hudson Companies, Property Resources Corporation, and Duvernay + Brooks, is undertaking the refurbishment of a total of 29 buildings in East New York.

Designed by ODA Architects and developed by Adam America Real Estate and Northlink Capital, the reinforced concrete superstructure will yield 57 residences and features a dramatic set of stepped cantilevering setbacks on its northern elevation. Ryan Serhant of SERHANT is now handling the marketing and sales and Urban Atelier Group is the general contractor for the property, which is located at the corner of 91st Street and Broadway.

Marriott SpringHill’s Exterior Progresses at 223 West 46th Street in Times Square, Manhattan

Façade installation is getting closer to completion on the 20-story Marriott SpringHill hotel at 223 West 46th Street in Times Square. Designed by Gene Kaufman Architects and developed by McSam Hotel Group, the project will yield 70,000 square feet and 200 guest rooms. Zhong Wang Construction Services Inc. is listed as the general contractor for the property, which is located between Seventh and Eighth Avenues.

Jacobs Group as the architect of record and Paragaon JV Properties III, LLC as the owner, the 276,578-square-foot structure will yield 130 residential units averaging 1,660 square feet apiece, as well as 9,080 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor. Leeding Builders Group, LLC is the general contractor, and RC Structures Inc. is the concrete contractor for the property, which is being built at the corner of Broadway and West 96th Street, next to the 96 Street station servicing the 1,2, and 3 trains.
