Related Companies and Atria Senior Living have opened Coterie Hudson Yards, a senior assisted living center at 505 West 35th Street in Hudson Yards, Manhattan. Designed by Handel Architects, the facility comprises 126 residences and is located within The Set, a 13-story residential tower offering 400 units.
With construction nearly completed, Tribeca Investment Group has shared new photos of the commercial lobby at 295 Fifth Avenue, a historic office building in Midtown, Manhattan. Led by Studio MAI, the lobby redesign incorporates lush green spaces, a café, a small library, and a connection to a rear courtyard with additional seating and greenery.
Construction is nearly complete on 130 Hope Street, a seven-story residential building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by J Frankl Associates and developed by Clipper Equity, the structure will eventually comprise 143 rental units, ground-floor retail space, and a collection of tenant amenity spaces. The property was formerly addressed as 134 Hope Street and is expected to debut this spring.
