Sigma Computing has committed to leasing space at Zero Irving, a 21-story technology hub under construction at 124 East 14th Street in Union Square. Designed by Davis Brody Bond and developed by RAL Development and Junius Real Estate Partners, the building will offer a mix of space for affordable and market-rate offices, tech incubators, co-working suites, and training centers.
Developers and city officials recently joined to celebrate the completion of Raven Hall, a 22-story mixed-income rental building in Coney Island. The building is located at 2006 Surf Avenue and introduces a collection of 216 affordable apartments, a public parking garage, and 8,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space.

The Museum of Chinese in America has released the first batch of renderings for its permanent new home in Lower Manhattan. Located at 215 Centre Street in Chinatown, the headquarters will expand the existing building where the museum was reportedly paying $600,000 each year in rent.
