These changes arrive just days before a scheduled review by the City Planning Commission in response to opposition from the local Community Board 10 and Manhattan Borough President Gale Brewer.

Located at 95 Monitor Street, the large mid-block parcel is in the city’s Communipaw neighborhood. The proposed project is a joint venture between Grade Development, Fields Development, and Alpine Development.
Michael Spinard of TS Contracting has submitted zoning amendment proposals for a 6,500-square-foot lot in Vinegar Hill, Brooklyn with the aim of developing a six-story residential building. The proposed project would take shape at 265 Front Street, located just a few blocks from the Manhattan Bridge and the East River Waterfront.
A local developer has filed zoning amendments to construct a new low-rise condominium building in the center of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The existing lot at 276 Bedford Avenue is currently vacant and measures approximately 2,700 square feet. The proposed building would top out at three stories or about 50 feet above ground and would include 4,095 square feet of ground-floor retail and two levels of residential area above. The residential component would occupy 4,424 square feet and include two separate units and private roof space above a portion of the first floor.
L & L Holding Company and Normandy Real Estate Partners will soon begin a large-scale renovation and revitalization of the historic Terminal Warehouse following unanimous approval by the city’s Landmarks Preservation Commission. Designed in collaboration by COOKFOX Architects, the 1.2 million-square-foot facility located at 261 Eleventh Avenue in West Chelsea will be redeveloped to support a mix of office space, retail tenants, and restaurants.
