Construction crews are now laying foundations for a new multifamily rental building at 1591 Broadway in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Led by local developer Abe Greenhut doing business as Broadway Halsey Lofts LLC, the seven-story structure will eventually comprise 12,477 square feet, with 18 apartments and a 1,888-square-foot commercial business on the ground floor.
Reality House, a Queens-based substance abuse and HIV treatment provider, will soon open its second facility at 31-75 23rd Street in Astoria, Queens. The new facility will comprise 7,000 square feet on the fourth floor of the building and will support the organization’s outpatient services and administrative functions.

Located at 140 Atlantic Street in Stamford, Connecticut, the 80,000-square-foot space was formerly leased by Saks Off 5th, which closed in 2021.
Renderings from KSS Architects are the first to reveal the new permanent home of the Bold Charter School at 1472 Boston Road in the Crotona East Park neighborhood of The Bronx. The new building will comprise 81,590 square feet and will serve students currently enrolled in two temporary facilities at 1093 Southern Boulevard and 1090 Close Avenue, also in The Bronx.
