Hudson Valley Property Group has completed a $57 million preservation project at Corinthian Towers, a 221-unit affordable housing complex in East Orange, New Jersey. Located at 67 S Munn Avenue in the city’s 4th Ward, the 94-year-old property now offers improved security, modernized homes, and energy efficient systems.
Construction is now underway on La Mora Senior Apartments, an age-restricted affordable housing property in Yonkers, New York. Developed in collaboration by the Municipal Housing Authority for the City of Yonkers (MHACY) and the Mulford Corporation, the four-story building is located on a long-vacant parcel at 23 Mulberry Street on the southern edge of the city.

Located on Hunter College’s Brookdale Campus at East 25th Street and First Avenue, SPARC is described as a career and education innovation hub for life sciences.
Construction has topped out on Maven, a 27-story mixed-use tower at 2413 Third Avenue in the Mott Haven section of the South Bronx. Designed by CetraRuddy and developed by RXR Realty, the structure will yield 145,643 square feet with 200 rental units, including 60 rent-stabilized units for middle-income households, as well as a small retail volume on the ground floor and a parking garage equipped with electric vehicle charging stations.
Sunnyside Community Services has completed a state-of-the-art home health aide training facility at 52-41 Center Boulevard, a new high-rise residential building in Long Island City, Queens. Located within the Hunter’s Point mega-complex, the nonprofit’s new space is on the building’s second floor and occupies 7,700 square feet.
