The site is situated two blocks directly north of the 103rd Street-Corona Plaza subway station, serviced by the 7 line, offering access to Manhattan.
Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 11-16 Main Avenue, in Astoria, Queens. The site is ten blocks away from the 30th Avenue Subway Station, serviced by the N trains. Astoria Ferry Terminal is also nearby. The owner, Brett Harris, will be responsible for development.

The site is two blocks away from the 90th Street Elmhurst Avenue Subway Station, serviced by the 7 train. The building will sit within one of two major commercial areas in the neighborhood, and Fuzhou Development will be responsible for the project.
As the Long Island City boom continues into the end of the decade, several projects that were permitted back in 2014 are approaching their opening day. Among those is the 43-story 29-22 Northern Boulevard, located across the street from Dutch Kills Green Park and Queens Boulevard. Today, we have a fresh rendering for what it will imminently look like, as well as word that it has received an official name of ‘ALTA LIC’. The building’s address has also been modified, from the original 29-26 Northern Boulevard.
