Dunn Development Corporation has filed applications for a 12-story, 121-unit residential building at 1812 Vyse Avenue, in the Crotona Park East section of the West Bronx. The project will measure 104,519 square feet and rise 115 feet to its roof. The residential units, which will be rentals according to a report by The Real Deal, should average 837 square feet apiece. Amenities will be located on the ground floor, followed by apartments across the second through 12th floors. Dattner Architects is the architect of record. The 15,151-square-foot site is currently vacant.

21-Story, 110-Unit Mixed-Use Project Tops Out at 237 Duffield Street, Downtown Brooklyn

Construction has topped out on the 21-story, 110-unit mixed-use building under development at 237 Duffield Street in Downtown Brooklyn. YIMBY has a photo of the structure, which also reveals that façade installation is underway. The latest building permits indicate the project rises 210 feet to its main roof, not including bulkhead elements, and encompasses 111,775 square feet.

Four-Story, Eight-Unit Residential Project Planned at 156 Devoe Street, Williamsburg

A Brooklyn-based property owner has filed applications for a four-story, eight-unit residential project at 156 Devoe Street, in Williamsburg. The project will measure 7,993 square feet and its residential units should average 699 square feet apiece, indicative of rental apartments. There will be two units per floor; fourth-floor units will also feature space in an upper penthouse level. Steven Kou’s Flushing-based firm is the architect of record. The 2,800-square-foot lot is occupied by a three-story townhouse. Demolition permits were filed last week. Plans for a similar project, filed a year ago by a different developer, have since been withdrawn.

An anonymous Great Neck, N.Y.-based LLC has filed applications for a four-story, four-unit residential project at 187 Pulaski Street, in the heart of Bedford-Stuyvesant. The project will measure 5,018 square feet and its full-floor residential units should average 999 square feet apiece, which means either rentals or condominiums could be in the works. Chelsea-based Grasso Menziuso Architects is the architect of record. The 20-foot-wide, 2,000-square-foot lot is vacant.
