Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 83-12 Broadway in Elmhurst, Queens. The site is three blocks from the Elmhurst Avenue subway station, serviced by the E, M, and R trains. Howard C. Haider Jr., trustee of the Haider Family Trust, will be responsible for the development.
Permits have been filed by developer Cape Advisors for two more nine-story residential buildings, at 11-12 30th Drive and 11-28 30th Drive, in Astoria, Queens. The site is between 30th Drive and 31st Street, and Vernon Boulevard and 12th Street. The project’s future address will be 30-77 Vernon Boulevard, and the pair of buildings will rise alongside an adjacent structure at 11-28 30th Drive. All are going up on the same lot, with their combined area taking up almost two-thirds of the entire parcel of land. Located at 81-9 134th Street in Briarwood, Queens, a new two-building residential project is being designed by Rawlings Architects PC and developed by The Musso Group. Citi Habitats is marketing the 104 units that will range in size from studios to one- and two-bedrooms, including some ground-floor duplexes that come with private entrances and outdoor space. The complex is divided into two buildings, with “The Noll” housing 54 units while “The Grove” will house the remaining 50 apartments.
One Sixteen has officially launched sales for a catalogue of condominium residences in Rockaway Beach, New York. Located at 133 Beach 116th Street, the project broke ground earlier this year and has today reached the fifth floor.
A new residential building is set to rise seven stories on an empty plot of land at 84-14 Queens Boulevard in the Queens neighborhood of Elmhurst. The site is located on the north side within a triangular parcel of land surrounded by Queens Boulevard to the north, Van Loon Street to the west, and Grand Avenue curving upwards from the south. The Grand Avenue-Newton subway stop sits across the street, serving the E, M and R Train into Manhattan.
