Located on the northwest corner of 87th Street and Rockaway Boulevard, the upcoming development is situated five blocks north of the 88 Street-Boyd Avenue subway station, serviced by the A train. Devinder Singh is listed as the owner behind the applications.
New construction permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 144-60 37th Avenue, in Flushing, Queens. Located between Parsons Boulevard and 147th Street, the interior development site is one block south of Northern Boulevard. The Murray Hill LIRR train station is half a mile east and five blocks west is the Main Street – Flushing subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Queens-based Wantai Management Group is listed as the owner behind the applications. This appears to be the first residential project for the developer.
New renderings offer another look for Ismael Leyva’s forthcoming mixed-use development in Flushing, Queens. Located at 144-74 Northern Boulevard, the seven-story building is currently under construction with completion expected by the fourth quarter of 2019.
A new nine-story residential building is coming to the intersection of Gateway Boulevard and Mott Avenue, at 1403 Gateway Boulevard, in Far Rockaway, Queens. Frank Monterisi of Greenport Land Acquisition is the developer. The site is currently a fenced-off open space, and will require no demolition permits.
Amazon has officially revealed its plan to develop a second headquarters along the East River banks of Long Island City, Queens. The “HQ2” corporate complex will span multiple lots and structures on Vernon Boulevard, from 44th Road, all the way to 46th Avenue.
