The LIC Marriott and Residential Tower at 29-07 Queens Plaza North is effectively complete on the exterior, and the last glass panes have now been installed on its eastern facing facade. At 31 stories tall, it is now among the five tallest topped-out buildings in central Long Island City.
Over the past month, 42-14 Crescent Street, a 48-unit residential building in the Queens Plaza district, has reached ground level and is ready to rise to its full 13-story height. The project is being developed by Meadow Partners and has been designed by John Fotiadis Architect PLLC.
40-47 22nd Street, a ten-story hotel in northern Long Island City, is nearing exterior completion. While the narrow, south elevation still awaits cladding, the green and black panels on the west façade are being revealed as protection film is peeled from the surface.

At 42-60 Crescent Street, the 10-story, 37-unit Factory House is inching closer to its 2016 completion. The one- to four-bedroom, 626 to 2,102 square-foot condominiums are available for anywhere between $670,000 and $1.35 million. Rising Developers Group serves as both the designer and the developer, while Douglas Elliman is handling sales and marketing.
